A Senior Manager of our Valuation and Transaction Services, Sven is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) with over 15 years experience in business valuation and investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring/Chapter 11 advisory work and private equity.  Sven specializes in transaction advisory and business valuation services.

 

He joined Coulter & Justus in 2003 after two years with a private investment group in London, England and previous experience with investment banking firms in New York.

 

Sven is a member of the Farragut Rotary Club and holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
