Tim began his accounting career in 1971 after obtaining his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

As a Tax Principal, Tim is responsible for directing our International Tax consulting practice and IRS dispute resolution services. He also serves a wide range of clients with tax planning, compliance and consulting matters.  

He previously served for 16 years in audit and management with the IRS, where he attained the position of Chief, Quality Review, Nashville District. Tim also served as the director of tax services for the Knoxville office of Coopers & Lybrand prior to joining Coulter & Justus in 1996.

Tim is active in the community and is a current member and former board member of the Farragut Rotary Club. He also is a long time member of the Venture Exchange club.
