Conor began his public accounting career in 1987 after receiving his B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.  He joined Coulter & Justus in 1994 and now serves as an Audit Principal responsible for services to a broad range of clients including public companies, government contractors and closely held companies. 

Conor is a member of the Association of Government Accountants.

Conor’s community activities include the Morristown Rotary Club and is a past board member for Associated Catholic Charities of East Tennessee.
