As Director of our Valuation and Transaction Services, David is a certified Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He has over 35 years of experience in multi-discipline valuation services and business consulting, directly supervising or approving over 1,000 engagements.

Prior to joining Coulter & Justus in 1996, David was a business valuation services executive with both Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen.

An accomplished author and speaker on valuation topics, he is also an expert witness in business value, intangibles and real-property issues.  David is a member of the Rotary Club of Knoxville.  He is currently serving as the Club’s Vice President as well as the District 6780 chair of the Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship Committee.
