Ricky is an Audit Principal whose experience in public accounting includes serving clients in the service, manufacturing, coal mining and transportation industries. He also has extensive experience providing audit services to public companies as well as a technical reviewer for employee benefit plan audits.

Ricky began his professional accounting career in 1987 after receiving his B.S. in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Ricky joined the Knoxville office of Ernst & Young in 1990 and has practiced public accounting since that time.

Ricky's community involvement currently includes membership in and serving on the board of the Optimist Club of Knoxville and as Treasurer and a Board Member of Saving Little Hearts, a local non-profit organization. Ricky previously served as a Board Member for the Knoxville Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and volunteered his time as a classroom business consultant and teacher for Junior Achievement of East Tennessee.
